Photoshop for iPad itself is available for iOS 13.4+. In addition, it is now possible project the Photoshop canvas to a TV or external monitor by hooking up your iPad via HDMI or USB-C, making it possible to work on images on a larger screen. (The Healing Brush, shown in the video above, was actually added in Photoshop on the iPad 2.6 in June, but Adobe lists it again in its blog post about the 2.7 update.)
